How do I set print area to fit one page in Excel?

 When ever you are working on and want to print a limited area in a single page or as you require number of pages. So here i learn about how to set print area in MS Excel. 

For set print area i follow some steps as follows:

Step 1: Select area which you want to print.

Step 2: Click on Page Layout Menu.

Step 3: Click on Print Area option then Click on right bottom corner of Print Area Button then you will see two options.

Step 4; Click on Set Print Area.
