Whenever you are working on MS Word and need to write your entire file in capital letters instead of small letters, then definitely remember this information.
With just one shortcut, the entire data of the entire file will be converted from small letters to capital letters at once.
This type of change is called change case in computer language. It is of 5 types - Sentence case - Capitalizes the first letter of each sentence, while keeping the rest small
Lowercase - Converts all letters to lowercase
Uppercase - Converts all letters to uppercase
Capitalize Each Word - Capitalizes the first letter of each word (often called title case)
Toggle Case - inverts the case of each letter in the selection (eg "Toggle Case")
To change this, first we have to select the data which we want to change and then press Shift + F3 both buttons together which will change the entire text. Yes, there are 5 types of it.
For this, you can use the shortcut given above repeatedly and set the text as per your wish.
